And, quite obviously, as always there will be another huge Bailout of all the banks coming out of meeting in the White House that is currently ongoing!
So, there will be a rather substantial bounce with that announcement!
AND that will be your opportunity to SELL EVERYTHING, if you have anything left.
But if you heeded my --- February 2nd BLACK SWAN >>> ALERT! ALERT!! --- post you are NOT in that position; in fact, you should be in extremely profitable positions; and you must hold those short positions until the final BLOW OUT WAVE OF THIS 2nd WAVE!

What Now Dow Jones, etc??!

The correct answer is so easy; and that people can't or won't admit it causes me to really think that people suffer from cognitive dissonance at times like these.
For over twelve years I have warned of the 2nd leg of the Super Kondratieff; and this is it.
This will in fact be part of the 300 year cycle that Kondratieff predicted in his final work but was never able to publish because Joseph Stalin had him executed first.
And Stalin ordered his execution because all Kondratieff's work destroyed the Marxist Economic Dialetic interpretation of economic history.

And history is the best indicator I know of!
Go look at a forty year chart and view the Gold Bubble of 1981; and then view the Nikkei Bubble of 1990; and then view the Thailand Bubble of 1992/93; and then view the Tech Bubble of 2000; and then view the US Housing Bubble of 2007; and then view the China Bubble of 2008; and then view the Biotech Bubble of 2016; and then LOOK AT THIS BUBBLE of the last eleven years?
What do you see?
So, where are we?
IMO - This is the 2nd wave of three of the Three Hundred Year Kondratieff Super Cycle that I have warned about for the last many years.
And we are just now going over a cliff: so, just as my BLACK SWAN ALERT!! of 2/2/20 was meant to imply: sell all stocks and get 5% or 10% in the very longest term short ETF or option positions, and own some little bit of gold, and PRAY fervently and humbly (regarding the Covid19) to the only God and his Son, Jesus Christ!

American Mall Implosion Continues except for one store??

And this has tremendous negative implications for retail Real Estate in middle America: other than high-end destination shopping areas -- like Cape Cod, Laguana Beach, various Beach areas around the country -- thousands of strip Malls and Shopping Malls are dead, dead!
Why?
Simple really as following article reveals: People aren't going in a Mall to look aimlessly in an unorganized spree of spending money on consumer, non-durable, discretionary superfluous junk anymore.
It's that simple:
Namely, they are cruising, looking or shopping on line!
Retail Stores are dead!
And this retail phenomena in America since 2008/09 fits neatly into the contracting nature of the Super Kondratieff Super Tsunami 300 Year Cycle!
Get ready the next downstroke of the Kondratieff in 202_ * is going to be a real DOOZY!
