Ever wonder why these things are not covered in our MSM here in the Good 'Ol US of A??

Truth Is Where You Find it ---- Seldom that is!

Every once in awhile the truth seeps out from the darkened, dank veil of BullS_t  promulgated by the MSM.

Here is a sample; there are many, many others, but you have to look!

This Kondratieff Secular Wave promises to totally and completely remake America 's Retail Landscape.

The question now is, "Which Retailers will survive?

Following from:

https://www.retaildive.com/news/neiman-marcus-talbots-and-lands-end-among-those-added-to-new-fitch-watch/507886/\

"...Those retailers on the secondary list were: Neiman Marcus (with a total outstanding loan balance of $2.8 billion), Academy Sports ($1.69 billion), J. Crew ($1.37 billion), Fullbeauty Brands ($1.17 billion), Savers Inc. ($679 million), Talbots ($585 million), Land’s End ($498.3 million), Bluestem Brands ($471.4 million), Spencer Spirit Holdings ($454 million), Cole Haan ($309 million) and Indra Holdings ($245 mil)..."

Death of Retail -- it is the Kondratieff Wave Stupid!!!

Hey Folks,

Per our many warnings over the years, it is now becoming obvious to very nearly everybody that the Retail Landscape has forever changed in America.

http://www.businessinsider.com/list-stores-closing-2017-9

View the visible carnage in Retail America at this article on Business Insider:

"...These haunting photos of the retail apocalypse reveal a new normal in America

Clothing strewn on the ground at a Manhattan JCPenney — a common sign at struggling retailers across the industry.Joe Avella
The retail apocalypse has descended on America.
More than 6,400 stores are expected to close across the country this year.
Department stores like Macy's, Sears, and JCPenney, and retailers including BCBG, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Bebe have decided to close dozens of stores.
Walking through a mall in 2017 is like walking through a graveyard.
Here's photographic evidence that a retail apocalypse is hitting the US hard.... "

The question now is what does it all mean?

And all the reputed experts are giving a myriad of reasons all of which are probably correct in a Meta or Micro analysis.

But by ignoring Secular Wave Cycles of consumption -  as driven by consumer confidence and enthusiasm - they are all totally missing the point in any competently structured Economic Analysis.

Namely, it is the Kondratieff Wave Stupid!!!

Apocalyptic America

The End of America

As seen from the eyes of the next generation of Americans, our country's decline is nothing but a cartoon-scape of fun and devilment gone bizarrely insane.

For anyone who has ever doubted that this country's decline is memorial and accelerating, read this trash from the East Coast NYT's * that chronicles the younger trash from the West Coast making a joke of our National Demise.

* See my Post from 11/21/16 that exposes this filthy Yellow Rag's complicity in the Vietnam Fiasco, by falsely creating the scenario to embark on an ILLEGAL War that then claimed the lives of over 57,000 young Americans, and grievously wounded over 350,000 young Americans, and killed over 5,000,000 Vietnamese, and wounded over 10,000,000 more - even up until today, when unsuspecting children and farmers encounter unexploded ordinance from that ILLEGAL War

Kondratieff Tsunami Rolling along

Following few links are for those who don’t see evidence of Kondratieff in America of the 2017 era

Just remember, I predicted back in 2009-11 that all during the Kondratieff Contraction there will be pockets of prosperity across the country primarily associated with Escape Venues.

What is an Escape Venue?

Prime locations in Destination Cities, on the water, or in Resort locations, i.e. New York, San Francisco, Aspen, Newport Beach, Miami, San Diego, Outer Banks, Galveston Island, Sarasota, etc., etc.

But the rest of the country is still witnessing and feeling the broad effect of the Kondratieff Tsunami that hit in 2007-08; and even Escape Venues will finally  experience the full wrath of the coming storm associated with the coming collapse of the Dollar, which will precipitate the collapse of the Markets (DJI, NASD, etc.) and everything else!!

Cheers,

A surreal photo review of Failed Architectural American – Shopping Malls

Homeless on the rise in NYC

This defines the shrinkage of the Middle Class: those who can afford housing is in decades-long decline:  those who spend more that 30% on housing are in that category:

Dying shopping malls are wreaking havoc on suburban America;”  Business Insider; March 5, 2017

“… Like Rolling Acres, shopping malls across the country are dying, and, in some cases, leaving jobless communities and rotting buildings that are hotbeds for crime in their wake.
Dozens of malls have closed in the last 10 years, and many more are at risk of shutting down as retailers like Macy's, JCPenney, and Sears — also known as anchor stores — shutter hundreds of stores to staunch the bleeding from falling sales.
The commercial-real-estate firm CoStar estimates that nearly a quarter of malls in the US, or roughly 310 of the nation's 1,300 shopping malls, are at high risk of losing an anchor store. …”
‘…The shopping that used to be done in the mall is now at Family Dollar, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, TJ Maxx, and Walmart," Davidowitz said. …”
